Ligonier Smoked Trout Dip Recipe by Robb | Jul 2, 2018 | Robb Decided to Cook | 0 comments Ingredients 2 Cups Smoked Trout 1/2 tsp of thyme 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp Spanish paprika 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup plain yogurt 2 Green Onions 1/8 cup Mayonaise Directions for Troutp Dip Mixed everything together and run it through a meat grinder. There always seem to be some little bones in trout and even though they are soft, they can be annoying. The meat grinder seems to take care of those little guys pretty good! After you run it through, you can add some sour cream to make the dip a bit creamier if you like, or add some cayenne pepper for a little extra kick. PS...
